Scholarships:

Seniors can pick up an application for the CIAO scholarship in the guidance office.  Deadline is May 1, 2015

Seniors can pick up an application for the AE Moms and Dads Club scholarship in the guidance office.  Deadline is May 1, 2015

Seniors can pick up an application for the Badertscher-Yoakam scholasrhip in the guidance office.  Deadline is May 1, 2015

Seniors can pick up an application for the Pork Rind Festival scholarship in the guidance office.  Deadline is May 1, 2015

Seniors can pick up an application for the Faculty scholarship in the guidance office.  Deadline is May 1, 2015

Seniors can pick up an application for the  Diesel scholarship in the guidance office.  Deadline is May 1, 2015

Seniors can pick up an application for the P.L. Rex scholarship in the guidance office.  Deadline is May 1, 2015

Seniors can pick up an application in the guidance office for the Auglaize Township Historical Society Lucy Winegardner Lovett scholarship.  Application must be received by historical society no later than May 1, 2015

Seniors can pick up an application for the Corporal Nathan B. Carse scholarship program in the guidance office.   Deadline is May 1, 2015

Seniors can apply for the Allen County Farm Bureau scholarship.  A parent must be a current member of the farm bureau. Pick up and application in the guidance office, deadline is April 1, 2015

Seniors can apply for the Burger King scholarship program.  Applications can be picked up in the guidance office.

Seniors can apply for the Allen Count Bar Association scholarship.  Deadline is April 30, 2015.  Pick up an application in the guidance office.

The Lima branch of the American Association of University Women have a scholarship for girls going to college in the fall.  If chosen as a scholarship winner the student must volunteer 10 hours at the Lima Public Library during the annual book fair.  Deadline is March 6, 2015

The Hauss-Helms Foundation has scholarships available for seniors residing in Allen and Auglaize counties.  Seniors must be in the top half of the class.
Deadline to apply is April 15, 2015

The VFW Post 9381 in Ada, Ohio is offering a scholarship for senior students. Eligibiity requirement is that the seniors parents or grandparents are a regular member in good standing.  Applications are available in the guidance office and the deadline is April 1. 2015

Seniors that reside in the Mid-Ohio Energy Coperative can apply for a scholarship.
Applications can be picked up in the guidacne office.  Deadline February 6

The Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers have a James Kura Memorial Scholarship contest for seniors.  Applications can be downloaded at www.oacdl.org/scholarship      Deadline is March 10, 2015

Allen County Farm Bureau Scholarship applications can be picked up in the guidance office by seniors that are going to major in an agricultur-related program.   Deadline is April 1, 2015

Safety Council Scholarship applications are available in the guidance office for seniors pursuing a career in Occupational Safety 7 health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Risk Management, or Health & Wellness.
Deadline is March 15, 2015

Wiliam D. Squires Schoarship is available for seniors that have a EFC of less than 8,000 on the FAFSA student aid report and have a 3.20 accumulative gpa

State Farm Good Neighbor Scholarship applications can be found on-line at

Any senior pursuing an animation career path can apply for a scholarship at www.animationcareerreview.com

Any senior pursuing a fashion degree can apply for the "Aspiring Fashion Professional" scholarship at www.fashion-schools.org

Apllications for the Ohio JCI Senate scholarship are available in the guidance office.  The deadline for submitting the application is January 9, 2015


Allen County Pork Producers scholarship applications are available in the guidance office.  Deadline is March 1st

AXA Achievement scholarships are available for seniors that are active in the community or have ovecome personal challenges.  Learn more about the scholarship and apply by December 15, 2014 at the following website

Elks Most Valuable Student contest.  Deadline is December 5, 2014.  Download an application at www.elks.org/enf/scholars

John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Essay contest.  Students in grade 9-12 can partcipate for the chance to win $10,000 in scholarship money. Deadline is January 5, 2015     visit the contest website at jfklibrary.org

Download an application for the National CO-OP scholarship program at
www.waceinc.org       Students must be going to one of the eleven member schools which include in-state schools  Toledo & Cncinnati

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
Opportunities:   
Students that are currently in grade 9-11 can apply for The Detectives of Defiance program. It is a 3 day camp that focuses on Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, and Digital Forensic Science at Defiance College. The price is $200 if apply before April 1st.  The cost covers meals, snacks, supplies, and lodging.  It is June 25 thru June 28 contact Dr. Alyson Laframboise at 419-783-2494 or go to website www.defiance.edu/got-clue/

 

Students that will be 9th graders in the fall can apply for Camp Med which is held at the University of Toledo on June18 & 19.  The program is for students interested in the medical field.  If interested stop in the guidance office for an application.  Deadline is  April 10.
